I’ve had a secret dream/goal for most of my adult life. For many years, it seemed as if it would only be a daydream, that my life would slip by without fulfilling it.
A couple of years ago, I met someone who had real courage. Belief in themselves, and I was so inspired by it, I revealed my my dream. Then, I told my best friend. And I started to believe I could make mine happen.
I am growing a little bit closer to making it a reality, and I feel like I have one person to thank for the encouragement and inspiration.
Tumblrs, be that person to someone else. Lift them up. Encourage them. Believe in them. You never know who you might help make their dreams come true.
I was on the fence, with 4,999 “likes”, and not so much looking for number 5,000 as not expecting to see it. This post changed that. Good one!
